In 2023, Handyman Do It Services<\/a><\/strong>, in proud partnership with WebSpectron<\/a><\/strong>, had the honor of designing and executing the Corporate Women in Leadership Event<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 a prestigious gathering celebrating the influence and impact of women in leadership across various industries. This project combined our technical excellence with creative event design to create an inspiring, elegant, and functional environment that reflected the essence of female leadership and empowerment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Empowering Women, Transforming Leadership<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The corporate world hasn\u2019t always welcomed women at the table\u2014but today, we are changing the story. At CWILS<\/a>, we believe that true leadership is built when women lift each other, mentor the next generation, and drive inclusion at every level. We exist to empower, inspire, and support women across Africa to rise into leadership with confidence, courage, and community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 2016 by FabAfriq Media Group<\/a>, Corporate Women in Leadership emerged from a powerful vision: to support over 1000 African women in reaching new heights by 2025. Through mentorship, career development programs, leadership conferences, and networking events, CWILS equips women with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to thrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rooted in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, our work promotes gender equality, empowers women in leadership positions, and nurtures a more inclusive corporate environment across Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The client\u2019s vision was clear \u2014 to host a professional yet warm event that symbolized strength, sophistication, and inclusivity<\/strong>. Our team at Handyman Do It Services was tasked with managing the entire event design and setup<\/strong>, from concept creation and layout planning<\/strong> to aesthetic detailing, lighting, and gadget deployment<\/strong>. Together with our partners at WebSpectron, we ensured that every visual and structural element captured the essence of modern leadership and professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Design and Execution Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our process began with a concept briefing session<\/strong> with the organizers, where we discussed the event\u2019s goals, audience expectations, and thematic direction. From there, our creative engineers and designers developed a layout plan<\/strong> that balanced comfort, class, and corporate style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
